Tuna and Blueberry Salad
- 2 cans (120g) Ocean’s No Drain Flaked Light Tuna In Water
- 1 cup blueberries
- 2 red peppers, thinly sliced
- ¼ cup finely sliced basil
- ¼ cup avocado oil
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- In a mixing bowl combine all ingredients and mix well.
- Season with salt and pepper and serve.
Tips and Tricks
Avocado oil is a gentle oil that will not overpower the flavours in the salad. If you can’t find avocado oil, use grapeseed oil.
