OCEANS PROTEIN LUNCH BOX 3 WAYS 4

Ingredients

For the dressing: 

  • 1 tbsp soy sauce 
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar 
  • ½ tbsp honey 
  • Salt and pepper to taste 

For the salad : 

  • 1 can (170g) Ocean’s Flaked White Tuna, drained 
  • 1 cup cooked quinoa  
  • 1 bell pepper, thinly sliced  
  • ½ cup radish, thinly sliced  
  • 2 cups spinach  
  • ½ cup roasted almonds, roughly chopped  
  • Sesame seeds, to garnish  
  • 8 cilantro sprigs, to garnish  

Directions

  1. Whisk dressing ingredients together in a small bowl.  
  2. Arrange all of the ingredients in a container and sprinkle with almonds, sesame seeds and garnish with cilantro.  
  3. When ready to eat, drizzle with dressing.
