Asian Lunch Box
For the dressing:
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- ½ tbsp honey
- Salt and pepper to taste
For the salad :
- 1 can (170g) Ocean’s Flaked White Tuna, drained
- 1 cup cooked quinoa
- 1 bell pepper, thinly sliced
- ½ cup radish, thinly sliced
- 2 cups spinach
- ½ cup roasted almonds, roughly chopped
- Sesame seeds, to garnish
- 8 cilantro sprigs, to garnish
- Whisk dressing ingredients together in a small bowl.
- Arrange all of the ingredients in a container and sprinkle with almonds, sesame seeds and garnish with cilantro.
- When ready to eat, drizzle with dressing.
