Peri Peri Tuna Gyro
- 2 pouches (90g) Ocean’s Peri Peri Tuna
- 2 large pitas
- ¼ cup pitted olives
- ⅛ cup sweet white onion, thinly sliced
- ¼ English cucumber, thinly sliced
- 1 cup mixed greens
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Warm pitas in the oven or microwave.
- Add the Peri Peri tuna, olives, onion, cucumber and mixed greens.
- Season with salt and pepper. Wrap.
