Peri Peri Tuna Gyro

Ingredients

  • 2 pouches (90g) Ocean’s Peri Peri Tuna
  • 2 large pitas
  • ¼ cup pitted olives
  • ⅛ cup sweet white onion, thinly sliced
  • ¼ English cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup mixed greens
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Warm pitas in the oven or microwave.
  2. Add the Peri Peri tuna, olives, onion, cucumber and mixed greens.
  3. Season with salt and pepper. Wrap.
