Spicy Tuna Gyro
- 1 can (170g) Ocean’s Flaked Light Tuna, drained
- 2 tbsp tzatziki
- 2 tbsp hot sauce
- 2 large pitas
- ¼ cup pitted olives
- ⅛ cup sweet white onion, thinly sliced
- ¼ English cucumber, thinly sliced
- 1 cup mixed greens
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Warm pitas in the oven or microwave.
- Spread the pitas with tzatziki and add the tuna, hot sauce, olives, onion, cucumber and mixed greens.
- Season with salt and pepper.
