Spicy Tuna Gyro

Ingredients

  • 1 can (170g) Ocean’s Flaked Light Tuna, drained 
  • 2 tbsp tzatziki 
  • 2 tbsp hot sauce 
  • 2 large pitas 
  • ¼ cup pitted olives 
  • ⅛ cup sweet white onion, thinly sliced 
  • ¼ English cucumber, thinly sliced 
  • 1 cup mixed greens 
  • Salt and pepper to taste 

Directions

  1. Warm pitas in the oven or microwave.
  2. Spread the pitas with tzatziki and add the tuna, hot sauce, olives, onion, cucumber and mixed greens.
  3. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Wrap.
