Ingredients

  • 1 large English cucumber  
  • 2 tablespoons red onion minced 
  • 1/4 cup celery diced 
  • 1 tbsp cilantro minced 
  • 1 can flaked white tuna 
  • Salt and pepper, to taste 

Directions

  1. Cut the cucumber in half lengthwise and scoop out the seeds.
  2. In a bowl, combine the tuna with the rest of the ingredients and mix it well.
