15 Minute Mexican Tuna Bowl

Ingredients
For the dressing:
- ¼ cup sour cream
- 1 tbsp water
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1 tsp chipotle powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
For the bowl:
- 1 cup black beans
- 1 cup corn
- 3 cups lettuce, roughly chopped
- 1 cup cucumber, cubed
- ½ cup pico de gallo or salsa
- 4 radishes, quartered
- 1 avocado, thinly sliced
- 1 can (170g) Ocean’s Flaked Light Tuna, drained
- Cilantro, to garnish
- 1 lime, to serve

Directions
- To make the dressing, whisk all ingredients together in a small bowl.
- Arrange all ingredients in a bowl and garnish with the cilantro.
- Drizzle with dressing and serve with lime wedges.
