Ingredients

  • 1 English cucumber, thinly sliced 
  • ¼ cup chopped red onion 
  • ½ cup shelled edamame 
  • 1 large avocado 
  • 1 tsp mayo  
  • Sriracha, to taste 
  • 2 tsp soy sauce 
  • 2 tbsp sesame seeds 
  • 2 cans Flaked Light Tuna

Directions

  1. Thinly slice the cucumber. 
  2. Add the tuna and the remaining ingredients to a container with a lid. 
  3. Close the container and shake it to mix everything well.
