- 1 English cucumber, thinly sliced
- ¼ cup chopped red onion
- ½ cup shelled edamame
- 1 large avocado
- 1 tsp mayo
- Sriracha, to taste
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds
- 2 cans Flaked Light Tuna
