
Tuna Asparagus Pasta

Ingredients
- 3x80g cans of solid Light Tuna In Olive Oil
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 pack of pasta of your choice
- Black pepper
- Arugula, to taste
- 1 bunch of asparagus, chopped

Directions
- Chop the asparagus and heat a bit of oil and butter in a pan, toss in your asparagus. Add your tuna and give it a good mix.
- Meanwhile, boil water and add your favourite pasta shape. Once it’s cooked add your pasta to the tuna mix, and a little bit of the pasta water
- Let it simmer, then plate it up with some fresh arugula, and enjoy!
