Savoury Italian Tuna Focaccia
This focaccia recipe is the definition of Feel Good Fuel! These tuna sandwiches are so delicious and served on soft ciabatta bread and packed with bold Mediterranean flavours. With only 3 ingredients and less than 10 minutes, you can make them in no time. Try them out for you next lunch! You’ll be craving it all day.
- 1 pouch (90g) Ocean’s Sundried Tomato Tapenade
- ½ cup arugula
- 1 medium focaccia
- Slice focaccia through the center of the loaf.
- Spread pouch on the bottom, top with arugula.
- Press top of loaf and cut into desired size. Enjoy fresh or grilled.
