
Savoury Italian Tuna Focaccia
This focaccia recipe is the definition of Feel Good Fuel! These tuna sandwiches are so delicious and served on soft ciabatta bread and packed with bold Mediterranean flavours. Ingredients
- 4 cans (80g) Ocean’s Solid Light Tuna in Basil Infused Oil, drained
- ½ cup Authentica Siciliana sauce
- 1 cup artichoke, roughly chopped
- 1 cup arugula
- 1 medium focaccia

Directions
- Slice focaccia through the center of the loaf.
- Add tuna to focaccia and top with Authentica Siciliana sauce, artichoke and arugula.
- Press the top of the loaf and cut into desired size. Enjoy fresh or grilled.
