OCEANS PROTEIN LUNCH BOX 3 WAYS 6

Ingredients

  • 3 cans (80g) Ocean’s Solid Light Tuna in Basil Infused Oil, drained 
  • 1 can chickpea, drained and rinsed  
  • 2 cups arugula  
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved  
  • ½ cup kalamata olive, pitted and halved  
  • 2 tbsp feta, crumbled   
  • ¼ cup pesto 
  • 2 tbsp Nonna Pia’s Classic Balsamic Glaze  
  • Salt and pepper to taste  
  • Basil, to garnish 

Directions

  1. Arrange all ingredients in a container.  
  2. When ready to serve, squeeze the lemon juice on top and drizzle with balsamic glaze. Season with salt and pepper and garnish with basil.
