
Albacore Tuna Rangoons

Ingredients
- 1 can (170 g) Ocean’s Flaked White Tuna, very well drained
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened to room temperature
- 1 green onion, finely sliced
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp soy sauce
- Dash sesame oil (optional)
- 24 wonton wrappers
- Sweet chili or plum sauce, to serve

Directions
- In a small mixing bowl, combine tuna, cream cheese, green onion, garlic powder, soy sauce and sesame oil, if using. Mix until well incorporated.
- Place about 1 teaspoon of filling in the center of a wonton wrapper. Wet the edges of the wrapper with your finger. Pull the corners toward the center and pinch tightly to seal. Set aside and repeat with the remaining filling.
To cook in an air fryer, generously spray the rangoons with cooking spray and cook at 350°F for 6 to 8 minutes. Alternatively, rangoons can be deep fried for about 3 minutes at 350 F.
- Serve hot with sweet chili sauce for dipping.
