
Tuna Taquitos

Ingredients
- ⅔ cup cream cheese, softened to room temperature
- 2 tbsp pickled jalapenos, diced
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro, plus more for garnish
- 1 tbsp finely sliced green onions, plus more for garnish
- ½ tsp chili powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
- A pinch granulated garlic
- A dash hot sauce (optional)
- 1 can (170 g) Ocean’s Flaked Light Tuna, drained
- ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 6 to 8 soft corn tortillas
- Finely shredded iceberg lettuce or cabbage, to serve
- Sour cream, to serve
- Avocado slices, to serve

Directions
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, diced jalapenos, cilantro, green onions, chili powder, onion powder, granulated garlic and hot sauce, if using.
- Mix until smooth then fold in Ocean’s Flaked Light Tuna and shredded cheddar cheese.
- Wrap tortillas in a slightly damp towel or place in a Ziplock bag, place in microwave and cook for 15 second bursts, until soft and pliable.
- Spoon about ¼ cup of tuna filling in the center of one warmed tortilla and roll into a cylinder.
- Secure rolled tortilla with a toothpick and repeat until filling is done.
- Preheat an air fryer to 400 F.
- Spray taquitos with a small amount of baking spray and cook 7 to 10 minutes until filling is warm and tortillas are crispy and golden brown.
- Serve on a bed of shredded lettuce or cabbage topped with a dollop of sour cream, avocado slices and extra cilantro and green onions.
